Yes, Taskeeper has 2 plans, Simple!
Basic plan is forever free with storage up to 1GB and Enterprise plan which is an annually payable plan and includes the fully fledged features that Taskeeper offers. For Enterprise plan you need to contact our sales team.
Taskeeper has two subscription plans/models:
- Basic; a Free plan with limited features, limited number of users and limited storage space up to 1GB
- Enterprise; a Full fledged plan with full access to all taskeeper features, up to 50 users and up to 50GB of storage space
To cancel a subscription, you’ll need to submit a ticket to support/help desk team. Please go to Contact page, click Contact Help Desk and fill in the form with the requested details.
When you sign up to the Enterprise subscription, you will shortly receive an email from the Sales team with the payment details.
No. Taskeeper provides digital services that are instantly accessible upon purchase. Unlike physical goods, digital services cannot be returned or resold once they have been accessed or used, making refunds impractical.
